We sold our first home in 2012 and she assisted us through the offer review/acceptance process in a down market, and it was seamless. Secondly, she helped us with securing our next residence. I knew then that I had someone who was trustworthy. Brenda and I did paper work during week ,she took pictures on Friday , and on the next three days people were looking at the house. On Tuesday , Brenda closed bidding. A buyer was selected and house was sold. Brenda is an intelligent and classy lady who knows her job well. I never had any worries when working with Brenda . She communicated with us through the whole process and discussed every concern along the way. She was honest, diligent, and on-task with every issue that came up. In addition, Brenda did a lot of manual leg work to get the home on the market and made recommendations of repair work to be done that she considered could be an issue for a potential buyer. She handled many tasks some agents wouldn't do given the fact that we were out of state during virtually the entire selling process. We had to rely on her expertise on many occasions, and even when she didn't know an answer, she was honest enough to indicate so and to check with her manager on issues she had never dealt with.
